I have three simple tips to keep technology from having a negative impact on your health and wellbeing.
Tip number one is to hold your cell phone and your tablets at eye level. When you’re reading from them, avoid having them down in your lap.
Tip number two is to make sure your screens from your desktop and laptop computers are at eye level.
This on a laptop means you’re going to need to use a desktop riser and a secondary keyboard and mouse.
And tip number three is to utilize all of the “do not disturb” functions that will keep you from being alerted to do messages so you can stay hyper-focused on the time block at hand, and it’ll be much easier on your brain.
