How to Use Your Devices Correctly

Did you know that how you use your phone can and will impact your future?

I’m Dr. Tina and I own Tina M. Gottlieb Chiropractic in Temecula and I have a little tip for you about how you use your cell phone.

You want to be sure that when you are using your phone, you hold it up closer to eye level. With every few degrees that you tip your head forwards and down into your lap, you’re increasing the pulling on your head, neck, and back substantially.

By the time you reach your lap you can be up to 60 pounds of weight. You may not feel this right away, but over time this can and will lead to degenerative and arthritic changes that can affect how you feel and your health.
